What's involved in the swimming challenge?
Swim the distance of the English Channel for charity and raise money for people paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. Sign up on your own or in a team and take on the 22 miles in your own time! The swimming challenge is achievable for all ages and fitness levels; we've previously welcomed families, work offices and children.
When and where can I take part in the Aspire Channel Swim?
Take part in the swimming challenge in your own time, at your local pool…anywhere you like. There is no need to travel far for our charity swim; we understand the importance of fitting the challenge around your day to day life. You can feel good at little cost or time spared, win!
Why swim for Charity?
Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and there is currently no cure. By signing up today for the Aspire swimming challenge you can guarantee you'll be making a difference! What's even better, you'll be having fun, keeping fit and destressing at the same time, sounds ideal!
