Sporty Sophie gets back on the slopes thanks to Aspire

When Sophie Elwes fell from a roof terrace at a friend’s house, she sustained a back injury which would change her life forever. The damage caused to her spinal cord meant she would never walk again, but her prognosis was not to be the end of her active lifestyle. Thanks to funding from the charity Aspire, she has been able to pursue her passion for skiing and is now training with the British ParaSnowsports Team.
